The order of suspension, dated 07.02.2015, passed by the second respondent, is under challenge in the present writ petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner made a submission that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the order of suspension was revoked by the District Educational Officer and the writ petitioner was reinstated into service and she is working.

In view of the above submissions, no further adjudication is required in respect of the impugned order of suspension, which is under challenge in the present writ petition. However, in respect of the other grievances, in relation to regularisation of the period of suspension as well as payment of subsistence allowance and other benefits, the writ petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authorities for the purpose of redressing the same by submitting a detailed representation.

4. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
