PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 03.11.2016. For Petitioner : Mr.P.R.Prithiviraj For Respondents : Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, Additional Public Prosecutor.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 03.11.2016. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that both the parties are appeared for enquiry. During the enquiry, the proposed accused has given a statement before the respondent police, stating that the disputed amount will be settled within a specified time. Recording the same, the complaint was closed. The copy of the closure report has also been produced before this Court.

3.In view of the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, it is for the petitioner to workout her remedy before the appropriate forum.
