ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.55 of 2016 on the file of the second respondent herein to some other agencies and ensure fair investigation in the above crime number under his monitor.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that investigation has been conducted and the case has been closed as 'Mistake of Fact' and final report has been served upon the defacto complainant Dhanasekaran on 16.03.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Under such circumstances, the direction as prayed for has become infructuous. Accordingly, this petition is closed. However, it is open to the petitioner/de-facto complainant to work out his remedy, if so advised, based upon the final report.
