ORDER
(This petition is heard through video conference) This petition has been filed seeking direction to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.1742 of 2020 on the file of the 3rd respondent to the 5th respondent police and further direct the 5th respondent police to investigate and to file final report within the time stipulated by this court.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 31.08.2021, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation has been completed and RCS notice was also served upon the petitioner and the same was pasted on the outer door of the petitioner's house.
3.The matter has been listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'. The closure report has been circulated by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side). It is also seen that a Certificate from the concerned Village Administrative Officer has also been enclosed to the effect that the RCS notice was served on the petitioner by pasting it on the out door of the petitioner's house. 4.Since the RCS notice was served on the petitioner and the complaint has been closed, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and the petitioner has to workout his remedy through proper proceedings.
5.Today also there is no representation for the petitioner. This criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
