To set aside the order and decreetal order 23.11.2017 made in R.C.A.No.1 of 2016 on the file of the Rent controller Appellate authority cum Principal Sub Court, Kumbakonam, Thanjavur District confirming the order and decree passed dated 30.11.2015 made in RCOP No.66 of 2004 on the file of the Rent Controller cum Principal District Munsif, Kumbakonam, Thanajavur District. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.G.GOMATHI SANKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.H.KAKSHMI SHANKAR, Caveator on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ There is a delay of 118 days in representing the papers.
