This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned resolution, dated 25.05.2020, passed by the second respondent and the consequential communication, dated 05.07.2020, issued by the second respondent and quash the same and consequently, to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to work continuously as Secretary in A.D.18, Poosaripatti Milk Producers Cooperative Society without interference.

2. When the writ petitioner is taken up for hearing today, it is represented that during the pendency of this writ petition, the impugned order itself was withdrawn.

3. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 21.12.2022 pm 2/4
