Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to remove or alter the high tension transmission line which passes through the petitioners property and construction in S.F.No.672/6 of Mullur village, Pudukkottai District and fix the same in an alternative or in the original way without affecting the petitioners rights and construction in the above survey Number.
