ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to grant the permission for conducting the "Ebinesar Ninaivaga Methagu Ve.Prabakaran Kabadi Kulu" Tournament programme on 21.04.2023 at about 8.00 pm to 22.04.2023 at about 3.00 pm situated at Kamarajar Nagar, Kabisthalam, Thanjavur District.

2. Mr.B.Nambiselvan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner may given a fresh reprersentation restricting the time and alternative place and date of the event and that the same will be considered by the respondents.

4. I have considered the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

Let the writ petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation before the second respondent by altering the date, place and time and on such representation, the second respondent is hereby directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of one week from the date of reciept of copy of representation by following the detailed circular and guidelines issued by the Director General of Police in Rc.007301/Genl.I (1)/2019 dated 09.04.2019,

6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
