2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.135 of 2016 by the second respondent Police. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
