ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP.(MD). No.23933 of 2025, dated 26.12.2025.
2.Heard both sides.
3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition and the investigation is pending in this case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30a.m., for a period of two months, thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
