Mr.K.Mahesh Raja, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the third respondent and by consent of both the parties, the main writ petitions itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the third respondent.

3. In these writ petitions, the petitioners are seeking for absorption as Work Inspector from the post of Technical Assistant.

4. It is stated that the second respondent has already sent a proposal on 14.08.2012, to the first respondent in respect of the petitioners claim. Thus, it is contended that the first respondent has to consider the proposal and pass orders in accordance with law.

5. Accordingly, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioners, I only direct the first respondent to consider the proposals sent by the second respondent dated 14.08.2012 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
