ORDER

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to alter the F.I.R into one for offences under Sections 188, 336 and 304-A of I.P.C. At the time when the petition was filed, the F.I.R was registered under Section 174 of I.P.C.

2.Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that after investigation, the F.I.R has now been altered for an offence under Section 304(A) of I.P.C and the altered F.I.R is also produced before this Court.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
