ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition No.7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 3070 of 2026 dated 13.02.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.On perusal of the order of this Court dated 13.02.2026, it is seen that, in Condition No.7(b), this Court had directed the petitioner not to park the vehicle till the disposal of the suit. Such a direction is beyond the scope of this Court, especially when the suit is pending before the jurisdictional Civil Court. Hence, this Court is inclined to relax the said condition alone. The other conditions imposed in the said order shall remain unaltered.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
