This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl OP(MD) No. 3818/2026 on 02.02.2026 and 12.02.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence and also the fact that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
