Rajendran, aged about 17 years or her body before this Hon'ble Court and hand over the custody of the detenue to the petitioner.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T. SELVAM,J.) Petitioner has sought production of her daughter, Ramya, aged 17 years.

2.Petitioner is present. Second respondent has produced the detenue. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint of the petitioner, a case stands registered in Crime No.23 of 2018 on the file of second respondent for the offence under Section 366-A I.P.C. Since the detenue has been found in the company of third respondent, the case stands altered invoking POCSO Act as also Section 366-A I.P.C. and the third respondent was remanded to judicial custody. return to parental home, a course to which the petitioner is amenable.

3.In the circumstances, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
