ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is reported by the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner that pursuant to the interim order, a sum of Rs.5,000/- was being recovered every month from the petitioner herein, instead of a lump sum amount of Rs.66,000/-. Now, the entire amount has been fully recovered. Hence, nothing survives in this writ petition.
