O R D E R

The petitioner seeks quash of impugned order passed by the respondent dated 02.03.2015 and for consequential direction to the respondent to permit the petitioner to conduct meeting on 7.3.2015 at 5.00 p.m before the Government Maternity Hospital, Rajapalayam, Virudhunagar District.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader submits that intention behind refusing police permission for conduct of meeting before the Government Maternity Hospital, Rajapalayam, Virudhunagar, on 7.3.2015 at 5.00 p.m was only towards avoiding any untoward incident since 10 days prior a child had died of Dengu Fever and the same had led to a tense situation. The respondent would permit conduct of said meeting on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 7.3.2015 at 5 .p.m and the same may be held before the District Collectorate, Virudhunagar.

4. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

In the light of the above submissions, this Court would close this petition recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader that the meeting may be held on 7.3.2015 at 5.p.m before the District Collectorate, Virudhunagar District.
