PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to pass orders on the enquiry in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.6548/2018/Aa4 dated 09.07.2018, within the time fixed by this Court. ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to pass orders on the enquiry proceedings in Na.Ka.No.6548/2018/Aa4 dated 09.07.2018.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the enquiry proceedings dated 09.07.2018, the 1st respondent has passed final orders on 26.08.2020 and rejected the claim of the petitioner. In this regard, the learned Special Government Pleader has produced a copy of the proceedings in Pa.Mu.No.6548/2018/Aa4 dated 26.08.2020, before this Court. 3.In the light of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
