ORDER

This petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.09.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that due to property dispute, the proposed accused, who are the daughter and son of the petitioner herein, have trespassed into the house of the petitioner and had taken away cash of Rs.18,000/-, 25 sovereigns of gold jewels and also the property documents and had also taken away the key. When the same was questioned by the petitioner herein, they are stated to have threatened her. Therefore, a complaint has been preferred by the petitioner herein. However, so far no action has been taken and hence, the petitoner is before this Court with this petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner has been enquired into. He would further submit that the petitioner herself has given a statement before the respondent police to the effect that she does not want any further proceedings. Recording the same, the complaint has been closed and the closure report has been served on the petitioner herein through post and a copy of the closure report has been given to the learned counsel for the petitioner today.

5. Recording the submission made, this petition is dismissed. However, it is always open to the petitioner to take further action in accordance with law.
