Respondents PRAYER:Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to direct the 3rd respondent Inspector of Police (Crime) Thilagarthidal Police Station, Madurai City to do the speedy investigation in Crime No.233 of 2013 dated 05.06.2015 on the file of the Nesamani Nagar Police Station, Nagercoil which was transferred and pending investigation by the 3rd respondent herein and to file the final report within the time limit to be fixed by this Court and in case of negative charge sheet/referred charge sheet is to be filed by him, he may be directed also to issue a non traceable of vehicle certificate in order to claim the insurance amount.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent Inspector of Police (Crime) Thilagarthidal Police Station, Madurai City to do the speedy investigation in Crime No.233 of 2013 dated 05.06.2015 on the file of the Nesamani Nagar Police Station, Nagercoil, which was transferred and pending investigation by the 3rd respondent herein and to file the final report within the time limit to be fixed by this Court and in case of negative charge sheet/referred charge sheet is to be filed by him, he may be directed also to issue a non traceable of vehicle certificate in order to claim the insurance amount.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the 3rd respondent requires three months time to complete the investigation.

4. Recording the submission made, the 3rd respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
