ORDER
The present criminal original petition has been filed by the petitioners/A1 &A2 in Crime No.809 of 2025 on the file of the 1st respondent police seeking to quash the FIR wherein they have been charged for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 118(1) and 351(3) of BNS, 2023 (Corresponding offence under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(2) of IPC) r/w Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women (Amendment) Act, 2025.
2. Pending investigation, the parties have entered into compromise and a Joint Compromise Memo has also been filed, wherein the de-facto complainant and the victim agreed for quashing of the charge sheet. Today, the de-facto complainant and the victim are present in person before this Court and they also acknowledge the fact that they have agreed for quashing of the FIR.

3. In view of the above said facts, FIR in Crime No.809 of 2025 on the file of the 1st respondent police is hereby quashed. Consequently, the criminal original petition is allowed.
