This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to ensure the personal liberty of movement to reach the petitioner's home without any restraint during the festival days.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the records carefully.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is not prevented from reaching home during festival time.

4. Considering the above said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs. The submission made by the learned Government Advocate is recorded. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
