ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the first respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 24.03.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first respondent. 3.The sum and substance of the complaint of the petitioner is that the proposed accused have entered into the property of the petitioner and erected a temporary shed. Despite, the respondents 2 to 5 being advised by the first respondent to remove the encroachment, they did not abide the same. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the first respondent would submit that enquiry has been conducted and closed on 24.03.2016. It is also submitted that a copy of the closure report has been sent to the petitioner by post. 5.If the petitioner has not received closure report, the first respondent is directed to furnish a fresh copy to the petitioner. It is open to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law, based on the closure report.
