2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Jeyapriya, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
3.Considering the fact that the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the second respondent as early as on 30.01.2023, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to hear the appeal on merits and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, within a period of eight [8] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
