PRAYER :-For Bail in Crime No.73 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 03.04.2022 for the offences punishable under Section 302 @ 120(b), 147 and 302 IPC in Crime No.73 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that when the defacto complainant's sister and her son were sleeping in their cow shed in their farm at Kurukalayanpatti on 31.03.2022 at about 09.00 pm, they were murded. The defacto complainant received a phone call at about 07.00 a.m. on the next morning that they were murdered. Hence, the complaint.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the friend of the first accused and he has not committed any offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

CRL OP(MD). No.9110 of 2022 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent submitted that it is a case of double murder and the investigation is at the initial stage.
5.Considering the fact that it is a case of retaliation and the investigation is still pending and considering the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. sd/- 18/05/2022 / TRUE COPY / / /2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
