PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of habeas corpus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to secure body or person of the detenu namely Beula, D/o.C.Rajaravichandran, aged about 19 years and produce her before this Court and set her at liberty. O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the father of the detenu seeking to produce the alleged detenu namely Beula, D/o.C.Rajaravichandran, aged about 19 years, before this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the alleged detenu has been secured by the respondent police and handed over to the parents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor also would submit that the detenu has been secured and she expressed her willingness to go along with the petitioner and hence, the detenu was handed over to her parents.

4. Recording the above said submissions, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
