This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to register the complaint dated 26.01.2016 preferred by the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 341 and 506(ii) IPC and to take action against the accused in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), based on the complaint preferred by the petitioner against the proposed accused, enquiry has been conducted and it has been subsequently closed.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The 2nd respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already given.
