By consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The prayer in the writ petition is for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent Bank to grant educational loan to the petitioner for his higher studies of M.C.A., course in Sourashtra College, Madurai.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent Bank fairly submitted that according to R.B.I.Guidelines, the respondent will sanction the eligible loan and they are ready to consider the petitioner's claim for educational loan, provided the petitioner should submit necessary documents.

4. In the light of the above, there will be a direction to the petitioner to submit necessary documents before the respondent in respect of his claim for educational loan on or before 24.04.2015 and on production of such documents, the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's claim for educational loan in accordance with R.B.I.Guidelines, within a period of two weeks thereafter. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With these observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
