RESPONDENTS Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to pass an interim direction by directing the Respondent No.3 to grant emergency leave for a period of one week from 05/06/2022 to 12/06/2022 to the petitioner's husband namely Imran Khan Son of Shajahan, now confined at the Central Prison, palayamkottai to attend and arrange money for his younger sister's marriage which is going to be held on 08.06.2022 by considering my representation dated 12.05.2022 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
Prayer in HCP(MD) No.460/ 2022 :
To issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus or any other Writ or Direction calling for the entire records connected with the detention order in H.S.(M) Confdl.No.11/2022 dated 12.01.2022 on the file of the Respondent No.2 and quash the same as illegal and direct the Respondents to produce the body or person of the Petitioner's husband, namely, Imran Khan aged about 27 years son of Shajahan, now confined at Central Prison, Palayamkottai before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

CRL MP(MD) No.6090 of 2022 Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.HENRI TIPHANGE, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.THIRUVADI KUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN,J.) The husband of the petitioner, namely Imrankhan, is detained preventively under Act 14 of 1982 and Habeas Corpus Petition is also pending. While so, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking emergency leave for a period of one week from 05.06.2022 to 12.06.2022, in view of the arrangement for his younger sister's marriage. The husband of the petitioner being a preventive detenue, the provisions for seeking emergency leave is not applicable and the Miscellaneous Petition is not maintainable.
2.Hence, this petition is dismissed.
