ORDER
This petition is filed seeking a direction to the Special Judge for SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, (PCR Court) Pudukkottai District to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day of his surrender in Crime No.149 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent police.
2. This petition was initially taken up for hearing on 24.06.2021. On that day, a submission was made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that injured was not discharged from the hospital and taking treatment. Hence, the matter was listed today and even today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the injured has not been discharged from the hospital.
3. Since the injured has not been discharged from the hospital, this matter cannot be kept pending. Hence, this petition is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 8297 of 2021 dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition if necessity arises in future.
