Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned result published by the 2nd respondent in No.NIL dated 09.02.2013 publishing the result of the petitioner as not qualified in SET 2012 Examination, quash the same and consequently, direct the 2nd respondent to declare the petitioner as pass in SET 2012 Examination in Education subject. The petitioner seeks to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned result dated 09.02.2013 published by the 2nd respondent informing that the petitioner as not qualified in SET 2012 Examination, quash the same and consequently, direct the 2nd respondent to declare the petitioner as pass in SET 2012 Examination in Education subject. 2.It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate appearing for R2 and R3 that the issue involved in this Writ petition is squarely covered by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court reported in 2013(10) SCC 519 (University Grants Commission and another Vs. Neha Anil Bobde (Gadekar).

3.In view of the above, no further order is required in this Writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected M.Ps.are closed.
