O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the false complaint lodged by one Thennarasi.

2.Today when the petition is came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by one Thennarasi, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.301/2020 and the same was closed. The said submission made by the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

3.Therefore, it is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
