This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondent to extend the period of lease for a 1/3

period of 46 months from 02.07.2021 and to permit the petitioner to carry on the rough stone quarry in the subject property by considering the representation made by the petitioner in this regard on 01.05.2021.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the representation made by the petitioner has already been considered and that a response will be made to the petitioner in this regard within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any orders are passed in this regard, the response made to the petitioner shall also accompany in the order passed.
