2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The Second Appeal has been filed in time. The reasons set out in paragraph 5 of the affidavit filed in support of this petition are just and reasonable. I am satisfied that the petitioner has made out sufficient cause for condonation of the delay in representing the Second Appeal. Hence, the delay is condoned, and accordingly, this petition is allowed.
