ORDER

Seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.5 of 2025 from the file of the second respondent to any other competent officer or CBCID, this criminal original petition is filed.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), on institutions, submitted that investigation in Crime No.5 of 2025 has been completed and final report has also been filed by way of e-filing in E-filing No.C202600050, on 10.01.2026 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, is directed to take the aforesaid case on file forthwith. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same, if so adviced.
