When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate has produced a record, under which, a notification https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

has been made by the Forest Department in G.O.No.118, dated 9.09.2009 whereby the present land in question was classified as Reserve Forest area. Even otherwise, the petitioner is now seeking to quash the summon, which is of the year 1979, as the same has not been served in a proper manner. The petitioner should have challenged the Government Order, dated 09.09.2009.

2. Hence, the writ petition is not maintainable and the same is dismissed with all recourse. No costs.
