ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.79 of 2019 dated 25.04.2019 on the file of the 1st Respondent police.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner was originally arrayed as A2 in this case and after completion of investigation, name of the petitioner has been deleted from the final report.

3.Recording the said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the second respondent is at liberty to file protest petition as against the deletion report, in the manner known to law, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
