ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.2, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(B), 387, 506(ii) of IPC and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.168 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused went to the defacto complainant's quarry and demanded money and damaged the quarry worth Rs.10,000/-.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and his name has been falsely implicated in this case.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that there are totally three accused and the petitioner is A2. He further submitted that A1 was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.06.2016 and the A3 is still absconding. Further, the petitioner is having 7 previous cases and prayed for dismissal of this petition.

5.Considering the fact that the petitioner is having 7 previous cases and that A1 is still in custody and A3 is absconded, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
