ORDER
This petition has been filed to cancel anticipatory bail granted to the respondents 2 to 8 in Crl.M.P. No. 493 of 2026 dated on 26.02.2026 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul Court.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner/defacto complainant, a case in Crime No. 36 of 2026 was registered against respondents 2 to 8 for offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 296(b), 115(2), and 351(2) of the BNS, and Section 4 of the TNPHW Act. Thereafter, respondents 2 to 8 approached the Sessions Court by filing Cr.M.P. No. 493 of 2026 seeking anticipatory bail. The Sessions Court, by order dated 26.02.2026, granted anticipatory bail subject to certain conditions. According to the petitioner, after obtaining anticipatory bail, respondents 2 to 8 failed to comply with the conditions imposed by the Sessions Court. Hence, the present petition has been filed seeking cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to them.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for respondents 2 to 8, despite the fact that notice has been duly served on them and their names appear in the cause list.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that after the investigation, the matter has been closed as mistake of fact.
5. In view of the same, no further orders is required to be passed in this case and the Criminal Original petition stands closed. 05.06.2026 tta TO
