This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent to provide adequate police protection based on his complaint dated 05.02.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, he received life threat from the respondents no.3 and 4 and thereby, he lodged a complaint before the 2nd respondent on 05.02.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2 would submit that they received the complaint from the petitioner and thereafter, they conducted enquiry and closed. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

4. Since the petitioner's representation was already considered and closed, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. However, if the respondents no. 3 and 4 indulge in any criminal activities, then the Page No. 2 of 4
