The petitioner has filed this petition, seeking to direct the first respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.5 of 2024.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.
3. The case has been registered only on 11.02.2024. This application is filed even before the statutory period for filing final report is over. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
