ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.397 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police and direct the respondent to file the final report before the learned Jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

2. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent requires three months time to complete the investigation.

4. Recording the submission made, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
