ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 02.05.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The sum and substance of the complaint of the petitioner is that the one Pitchaimaniyammal, who is the sister of the petitioner, has fraudulently executed a settlement deed with regard to the house property of the petitioner in favour of her sons. She has also executed a rental agreement in respect of the same property in favour of one Arjunan. In this regard, two suits in O.S.Nos.334 of 2015 and 88 of 2016 are pending before the Principal District Court, Srivilliputhur. petitioner, they will do anything. As there was no case registered, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and closed on 14.06.2016.

5.As it is represented that enquiry has been conducted and closed, it is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner. It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law, based on the closure report. 6.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
