Respondent Prayer: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose the representation, dated 12.03.2020 and 28.07.2020 in the line Sections 277, 295, 296, 453 of Madurai City Municipal Corporation Act, 1971 and Section 56 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971, for the building situated in Survey No.87/5A-2, Door No.22-A, By-pass Road, and extent of 25 cents within a stipulated time.

(Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN,J.) Heard the submission of Mr.Mohanamurali, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation.

In the light of the entertainment of W.P.(MD).No.7550 of 2020 filed by the very same petitioners, against the very same official respondent, the present exercise undertaken by the petitioner in the form of this writ petition, is wholly unnecessary. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and undertakes to make an endorsement through e-mail to the Registry of this Court. The learned counsel for the petitioners also seeks liberty to urge all the points including the relevant legal provisions in pending W.P.(MD).No.7500 of 2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In the light of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty sought for by the petitioner is granted. No
