PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to conclude the enquiry in Na.ka.No. 1695/A4/2020 dated 18.06.2020.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to conclude the enquiry in Na.ka.No. 1695/A4/2020 dated 18.06.2020. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based on the enquiry summon issued by the 1st respondent dated 18.06.2020, enquiry has been conducted and final orders have been passed on 28.07.2020 and the same has also been communicated to the petitioner herein.
