O RDER This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police not to harass the petitioner by frequently came to petitioner's computer center and insisted him to be appeared before the 2nd respondent's police station under the guise of enquiry, since the matter pertaining to the money dispute.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry is pending, summon was issued to the petitioner, the petitioner appeared once for enquiry and promised to produce the relevant documents for the above said enquiry. But later, he did not appear.

3. The petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent herein and produce all the documents that are available with him to show the service that was rendered by him to the third respondent.

4. Now the allegation against the petitioner is that against the legal fees, the third respondent claims Rs.15,000/- extra. 2/4

5. During the course of enquiry, if any trouble arises to the petitioner, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

6. With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
