ORDER

This writ petition is filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents not to carry out any mutation in the village revenue records which stands in the name of the petitioner's father P.Naina Khan based on the order passed by this Court W.P.Nos.34621 to 34626 of 2004 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 31.07.2020.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondents are ready to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.07.2020.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.07.2020 and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
