2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli, on 15.12.2020 and it was taken cognizance in C.C.No.750 of 2022.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
