ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to secure the accused and file a final report in Crime No.34 of 2015 on the file of the 3rd respondent.

2. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the 3rd respondent requires three months time to complete the investigation.

4. Recording the submission made, the 3rd respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
