O R D E R
The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of his lands, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 03.03.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made an application for survey of the petitioner's lands way back on 16.09.2024 and also paid the requisite charges. However, the respondents have not taken any steps to conduct survey.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents, on instructions, submits that the survey has been fixed today (16.04.2025) and the petitioner has refused to receive survey notice. The learned Special Government Pleader fairly submits that the survey proposed to be conducted today is acting upon the request made by the adjoining neighbours and not the petitioner. However, it is a specific contention that the survey is in respect of the very same property.

4. Considering the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 2 and 3 to dispose of the petitioner's application dated 16.09.2024 and representation dated 03.03.2025 within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall enter full cooperation to the survey authorities to enable them to conduct survey as required not only by the petitioner but also by the adjoining neighbouring owners.
